Please note the following guidelines when making a contribution. Contributions that do not conform to these guidelines will have to be refunded.
- There can be no joint contributors. (For example, contributions can't come from a John and Mary Doe. Contributions must be from either John Doe or Mary Doe.)
- Contributions from an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association or organization may not exceed $500 in an election cycle.
- Contributions to the Howell Campaign Fund are not tax–deductible.
- The Kansas Campaign Finance Act requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, and occupation for each person who contributes a total of $150 or more.
- Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
